In compliance with the obligations deriving from national legislation (Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196, Code regarding the protection of personal data) and community law, (European regulation for the protection of personal data n. 679/2016, GDPR) and subsequent modifications, this site respects and protects the privacy of visitors and users, putting in place every possible and proportionate effort not to harm the rights and freedoms of users.

This privacy policy applies exclusively to the online activities of this site and is valid for visitors/users of the site. It does not apply to information collected through channels other than this website. The purpose of the privacy policy is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information that the site collects and how it is used.

  • Meta Ads Conversion Tracking (Meta Pixel) – Personal Data: Tracking Tools; Usage Data. This service allows monitoring of conversions generated by Meta advertising campaigns, collecting data on user interactions with the website to optimize campaign performance.

Tag Management

  • Google Tag Manager – Personal Data: Usage Data; Tracking Tools.
  • Meta Events Manager – Personal Data: Usage Data; Tracking Tools. This service enables tracking and managing events on the website and improves the monitoring of advertising conversions through Meta tools.

User Communication

  • WhatsApp Business Chat widget – Personal Data: phone number; Usage Data; Tracking Tools. This widget allows users to start a conversation with the website support via WhatsApp.
  • Mailchimp Widget – Personal Data: email; name; Usage Data. This service enables users to subscribe to the website’s newsletter and receive promotional and informational communications. The data is stored and managed by Mailchimp, which may perform statistical analysis on open rates and user interaction with emails.

Displaying Content from External Platforms

  • Google Fonts – Personal Data: Usage Data; Tracking Tools.

The aforementioned information is processed automatically, anonymized, and collected exclusively in aggregate form to verify the correct functioning of the website and for security reasons (as of May 25, 2018, this information is processed based on the legitimate interests of the data controller).

For security purposes (spam filters, firewalls, virus detection), automatically recorded data may also include personal data such as the IP address, which may be used, in compliance with applicable laws, to block attempts to damage the website, harm other users, or engage in harmful or criminal activities. Such data is never used for user identification or profiling but solely for the protection of the website and its users (as of May 25, 2018, this information is processed based on the legitimate interests of the data controller).

04 DATA PROCESSING METHOD
The data will be processed - by those in charge of the processing - with IT and telematic tools within the scope and according to the purposes specified above and, in any case, always respecting the security and confidentiality of the same, also in compliance with the law and the provisions of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
In fact, we adopt security measures aimed at minimising the risk of destruction or loss - even accidental - of data, unauthorised access or processing that is not permitted or does not comply with the collection purposes indicated in our Privacy Policy.
However, the Administrator cannot guarantee its users that the measures adopted for the security of the site and the transmission of data and information on the site limit or exclude any risk of unauthorised access or loss of data by devices pertaining to the user. The data may also be processed by third parties (outsourcers), which we use for the provision of services connected to the purposes pursued, which our organisation evaluates from time to time, to ensure greater protection, if we appoint as external managers of the treatments from these places in being. In all cases, these subjects will process the data in accordance with the instructions received from the Data Controller, according to operational profiles attributed to them in relation to the functions performed, limited to what is necessary and instrumental for the execution of specific operations in the context of the services requested and exclusively for the achievement of the purposes indicated in this statement.
The data will not be subject to disclosure.
Third parties may include providers of data analysis, marketing, and communication services, such as Meta Platforms, Google LLC, Automattic Inc. (WordPress), The Rocket Science Group LLC (Mailchimp), and WhatsApp LLC, for advertising management, conversion tracking, and customer support. These providers may process user data for marketing activities, statistical analysis, advertising conversion management, and customer support.
Some of these services may transfer data outside the European Union, to countries that may not provide an adequate level of protection according to the GDPR. In such cases, the transfer will only take place if adequate safeguards are in place.
06 DURATION OF TREATMENT AND STORAGE
The data collected will be kept for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, to fulfill contractual or pre-contractual, legal and/or regulatory obligations (subject to the prescription and legal terms, in respect of the rights and in compliance with the consequent obligations).
In particular, the criteria used to determine the retention period are established by specific laws that regulate the activity of the Data Controller or by specific provisions of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data that have regulated the treatment activity and the purposes pursued by the Data Controller; finally, it should be noted that your personal data may also be kept for as long as permitted by Italian law.
07 RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
The interested party has the rights to:
  • obtain the cancellation or transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law;
  • obtain the updating, correction and integration of data;
  • obtain certification that these operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data are communicated;
  • oppose for legitimate reasons the processing of data or any automated decision-making process (including profiling);
  • obtain the limitation of the processing or the portability to another holder.
We also remind you that the interested party always has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data for the exercise of his rights or for any other matter relating to the processing of his personal data.
